Passing the Torch
1 June 1936
New York Harbor, Morning

Captain Joseph Boxhall gazed out the bridge windows of R.M.S. Titanic. They'd played hell getting some tugs to get the old girl free of her berth this morning, what with all the excitement that seemed to be gripping the harbor. But now Titanic was slowly making her way down the Hudson, on her way back to Southampton.
On her way back home to die.
Boxhall walked out onto the port bridge wing and glanced back at the Cunard White Star piers. He knew this would be the last time he'd ever see those structures from the bridge of this ship. Titanic was due to be laid up upon arrival in Southampton, and once all passengers and victualing crew had been offloaded, she'd be transferred to Berth 108, the same space Olympic had occupied up until last October

Emperor Andreas' State Aircraft
On previous state visits or whenever the Emperor went anywhere, he flew on military transports or airships (he used the airship Graf Zeppelin II to travel to Alberta for a brief vacation in 2003) or used sea transport (such as his State Visit to the United States in 1999 when he used the battle cruiser Scharnhorst or his 2010 State Visit to Australia when he used the Knight’s Cross liner Aquitania), but Supreme Grand Marshal Irving recognized the need for Emperor Andreas to have his own purpose-built aircraft. Andreas rarely went on long-distance trips, as he stated he hated commandeering ships or aircraft for his personal use. So, in September 2016, Irving decided to present Emperor Andreas with his own airplane for his birthday the following year. Being as it would transport the Emperor and his retinue all over the world, it would have to be large and capable of round-the-world flight. The design chosen was one that had been scrapped by Boeing: the 747-600. Aircraft designer Johann Gorschmitz bought the blueprints from Boeing and construction began in November 2016.

By 15 May 2017, the massive plane was completed and after trial flights was presented to the Emperor on his 72nd birthday. Emperor Andreas was very pleased by his present, as well he should have been; his new plane outclassed every other head-of-state’s personal transport by quite a bit. The “Führerflieger” as it came to be known was 279 feet long, with a wingspan of 251 feet, a weight of just over 595 tons, and a range of 8,900 miles. It carries a crew of 26 (including 2 pilots (the Emperor’s Personal Pilot (Generalleutnant Curtis Beaudry) and a copilot (a Colonel)), a flight engineer (a Lieutenant Colonel of the Luftwaffe Engineering Corps), navigator (a Lieutenant Colonel), and cabin crew) and has space for 94 passengers. The Emperor’s press retinue are seated on the top deck behind the cockpit, with the entire lower deck devoted to being a ‘Reich Chancellery of the Air’. This includes the Emperor’s private quarters, the Emperor’s office, a conference room, and a scaled-down version of the situation room in the Imperial Chancellery. The service number on the tail (52645) is also the Emperor's Birthday; official aircraft for Supreme Grand Marshal Irving and Reichsführer-SS Günter Heinrich also use the birth dates of their passengers.

The Emperor's personal transport is escorted by the "Reichsfliegergruppe" an entire Gruppe of Aosaka Z-1000 "Anubis" jet fighters. The strength of the group is fifty aircraft in total, though not all of them escort the Emperor's aircraft at one time; usually three Staffels (three groups of five aircraft each) accompany the aircraft at all times. When on the ground in a foreign country, the aircraft is guarded by three companies of Reiches-SS infantry (which fly on a separate transport), with no one approaching the plane without proper authorization.

Andreas first used his new plane in July 2017, when he made his first State Visit to the United States in eighteen years to meet with President Trump, reestablishing diplomatic relations with the United States for the first time since 20 January 2009.

“Finally, after eight long years, the United States has a leader whom the rest of the world can respect. I greatly look forward to rebuilding diplomatic relations with the United States.”

President Trump has announced a ban on any and all transgender persons serving in the U.S. Armed Forces, and I completely support this ban. Now, before any of you Radar-holics out there start blasting me and saying, "WTF, Radar?! We thought you was easy-goin'!", allow me to explain myself.

The U.S. Armed Forces needs to concentrate on defending our country. We've got radical Islam infesting the world (yes, I used the term 'radical Islam'; I'm not afraid to say it), our borders are wide-open (but hopefully soon to be slammed shut and padlocked), and there's a roly-poly little kumquat over in Pyongyang with a psychotic smile on his chubby-cheeked face whose cheese has not only slid off his cracker, it fell on the floor, he done stepped on it, slid, and busted his ass, and he's got his finger on North Korea's Big Red Button. With all that to worry about, we don't have time to be 'all-inclusive' anymore. I personally don't give a damn what kind of equipment you're packing south of the border, but if you wanna serve in the U.S. Armed Forces, you gotta stick with the equipment the big Supply Depot Up Yonder issued you.

Rock on, Mr. President...keep on keepin' on.

Reichsfuhrer-SS
Günter Heinrich

(13 May 1949 - present)

Heinrich was born Gerald Henry in Chicago, Illinois in May 1949. He joined the U.S. Army at age 17 in 1966, and was commissioned a 2nd Lieutenant in May 1969 after completing Officer Candidate School. He served overseas numerous times, with tours of duty in Japan, South Korea, England, Germany, and Italy, as well as four tours in Vietnam and two more in the Persian Gulf. He retired from the Army as a Brigadier General in August 1992. He does not wear his U.S. Army awards on his SS uniform, but does display them in a shadow box in his home.

He joined the Imperial Faction in December 1992, and was made head of Andreas Thomas’ personal bodyguard unit. In June 1996, Andreas’ bodyguard unit expanded into the Enforcers, and Henry, by now having taken the name Günter Heinrich, was named its commander, with the rank of Gruppenführer (Major General). He was promoted to Obergruppenführer (Lieutenant General) in 1998. During his years in Houston, as head of the Enforcers, he conducted a harsh campaign against the various gangs in the city, resulting in the deaths of thousands of gang members “…who otherwise would have merely clogged up the prison system.”

In 2003, he was appointed Reichsführer-SS, a position he holds to this day. In August 2005, he made international headlines when he publicly offered U.S. Army Colonel Janis Karpinski, former Commander at Iraq’s Abu Ghraib Prison, a commission in the Reiches-SS at the rank of Gruppenführer (one rank higher than her former U.S. Army rank of Brigadier General) after her retirement from the Army. (The offer was ignored.)

MS State Guard Class A NCO Uniform
His Royal Lobsterness Grand-Lobster-King and I briefly discussed these, so I thought I would use his NCO template to make up how my own Class A uniform would look if I were blessed enough to be able to afford one. The buttons on the uniform would be different, but you can't really show it in this drawing. Also note the red name plate. It reads 'MS State Guard' below the last name.

Row 2: Training Ribbon (with 4 Bronze Oak Leaf clusters), MSSG Association Membership Ribbon, State Guard Association of the United States (SGAUS) Membership Ribbon

Thanks go to Grand-Lobster-King for the NCO uniform template and tenue_de_canada for drawing the MEMS Badge.
