Description

My Class A Dress Uniform as a former senior NCO of the Mississippi State Guard (MSSG). The buttons on the uniform would be different, but you can't really show it in this drawing. Also note the red name plate. It reads 'MS State Guard' below the last name.

Badge: Master Military Emergency Management Specialist (MEMS) Badge
Row 1: Commendation Ribbon (2nd Award), Achievement Ribbon, Award of Merit Ribbon (2nd Award)
Row 2: Longevity Ribbon (4th Award), Special Events Ribbon (5th Award), Training Ribbon
Row 3: MSSG Association Membership Ribbon, SGAUS Professional Development Ribbon (7th Award), SGAUS Membership Ribbon

The lower left sleeve has service stripes showing 8 years' service (the MSSG goes by every two years in contrast to the U.S. Army, which does three).

Updated 25 August 2023 to show newest awards, newer uniform template, and change to my final rank of Master Sergeant (E-8). I resigned from active duty on 28 January 2023.
